Are AURETEMPHE T-shirts unisex and suitable for different body types?

Yes. Our Sentier and Clairière T-shirts feature a neutral, straight-cut fit. Made from soft organic cotton, they move naturally and suit a range of genders, ages, and body types.

How do I choose the right size for AURETEMPHE garments?

Please check the “Size Guide” on each product page. You can also compare the measurements with a T-shirt you already own or refer to the model information provided.

Are there other sizes such as XS or XL?

Currently, we offer S, M, and L. Our designs aim for a comfortable, confident fit for various body types. We may expand the size range in the future based on customer interest.

Will AURETEMPHE T-shirts shrink or lose shape/color?

All T-shirts are pre-shrunk to minimize size changes. Slight shrinkage (around 2 to 3%) may occur after the first wash. Following the care instructions helps maintain shape, softness, and color.

How should I wash and care for AURETEMPHE Organic Cotton T-shirts?

We recommend washing gently and air-drying away from direct sunlight. For full details, see the care label and our care instructions page.

Ordering & Payment

How can I purchase on the website?

You may select your preferred size and quantity on the product page, add the item to your cart, and continue to checkout.

What payment methods are available?

We accept credit cards and PayPal. You can use a credit card directly, even without a PayPal account.

Why is the credit card option not showing at checkout?

Please select “PayPal” at checkout first. You will then have the option to pay by credit card without registering a PayPal account.

Can I pay in local currency?

All orders are processed in US Dollars (USD).

Will I receive an order confirmation?

Yes. Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email.

I did not receive an order confirmation email. What should I do?

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide. Some regions may be restricted due to safety, customs, or logistics. If your country is affected, we will inform you in advance.

How long will it take to receive my order?

We aim to ship in-stock items within 3 business days of order confirmation (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Delivery typically takes 2 to 7 business days, depending on location and logistics.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, we will send you a shipping notification email containing your tracking number.

My order hasn’t arrived after the estimated delivery time. What should I do?

Do I need to pay customs or import taxes?

US orders: Taxes are calculated at checkout. No additional fees are due upon delivery.

International orders: Product prices do not include local taxes or duties. Additional charges may apply upon delivery, according to your local customs regulations.
