Welcome to AURETEMPHE. In these Terms, “we,” “our,” or “AURETEMPHE” refers to the brand operating this store and website (together, the “Service”). The Service includes website content, features, tools, products, and related services. By using the Service, you agree to comply with these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Shipping & Returns, and FAQ. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the Service. Placing an order constitutes your agreement to be bound by these Terms.

Please review these Terms before placing an order, as the version in effect at the time of your order applies.

Parties to the Agreement

“You” or “your” refers to any individual using the Service to purchase Products. “We,” “our,” or “the Company” refers to AURETEMPHE and AURETEMPHE LTD.

Accounts and Eligibility

By using the Service, you confirm that you meet the legal age requirements in your country or region. Minors using the Service must have consent from a parent or legal guardian.

You may be required to provide email, billing, and shipping information. You warrant that all information provided is accurate, complete, and legally authorized. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activity under it. Accounts may not be transferred or sold.

Product Information

We provide product information as accurately as possible. However, colors, textures, or appearance may vary due to device display or natural material variations. Product descriptions, prices, and stock levels are subject to change. We reserve the right to cancel Products or limit purchase quantities. Minor variations in texture, color, or appearance due to natural materials are not defects.

Orders

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase, which we may accept or reject. Orders must be placed by individuals aged 18 or older, or by a parent/legal guardian if under 18. You are responsible for providing accurate order information.

Once an order is confirmed via email, the contract is formed. Cancellations may not be possible after confirmation. If an order cannot be accepted due to stock unavailability or discontinuation, we will notify you and refund all payments, including shipping fees.

Purchases are for personal or household use only. Commercial resale or export requires prior authorization. Orders are subject to our Shipping Policy and Return Policy.

Pricing and Payment

Full payment is required at the time of order via available payment methods. You must provide accurate payment information and update it promptly. Payment transactions are secured using standard online encryption.

Third-party payment platforms govern their own security and refund procedures. AURETEMPHE is not responsible for delays or errors caused by third-party operations. Prices are displayed prior to order submission and may change, but this does not affect orders already accepted (excluding obvious errors). Shipping fees, duties, and taxes are detailed on the Shipping Policy page.

Shipping and Delivery

Delivery times are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or other factors beyond our control. Delivery requires a signature. If no one is available to receive the shipment and redelivery instructions are not followed, we may cancel the order and charge applicable fees.

Risk passes to the customer once the Product is handed to the carrier, without affecting statutory return rights. We do not ship to PO boxes, General Delivery, APO/FPO addresses, or logistics service providers. Some packaging may contain natural or recycled imperfections; such conditions are not grounds for return.

Packaging and Gifts

Packaging may change without notice. Product packaging may differ from website images. Limited edition postcards or other complimentary gifts are subject to availability and may not be resold or commercially exploited.

Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

Orders may be canceled prior to shipment by contacting info@auretemphe.com. Requests for returns and refunds must be made within 14 days of receiving the Products.

Returned Products must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, free from stains, with all original packaging and tags intact, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

We will provide shipping labels, cost information, and schedule courier pick-up. International return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Import taxes or duties are non-refundable. If using your own courier, we recommend a trackable and insured service. Refunds are typically processed within 14 business days after confirmation of receipt. Actual processing times may vary depending on international logistics and payment providers.

Intellectual Property

All content, including text, images, videos, designs, and reviews, is owned by AURETEMPHE or its licensors. Content is for personal, non-commercial use only. Reproduction or distribution without written consent is prohibited. Trademarks, logos, and brand names require written permission for use. Modification, separation of content, or data scraping is prohibited.

Third-Party Tools and Links

The Service may include third-party tools or links. These are provided “as-is” without warranties. Use is at your own risk. We are not responsible for third-party content or practices. Complaints should be directed to the relevant third party.

Relationship with Shopify

Sales are completed directly by AURETEMPHE. Shopify provides the platform only and is not responsible for Products or transactions. You release Shopify from any claims arising from use of the Service.

Privacy Policy

Collected personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy and may also be subject to Shopify’s Privacy Policy. Data is used for order processing, payment, and customer service. Cross-border transfers may occur. You may withdraw consent for communications at any time.

Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our control, including strikes, riots, terrorism, war, natural disasters, transmission failures, pandemics, government actions, or related logistical disruptions.

Viruses and Security

We do not guarantee the website or Service is free from viruses or malware. Users are responsible for antivirus protection. Deliberate introduction of viruses or attacks may result in legal liability.

Limitation of Liability

Use of the Service and Products is at your own risk. To the extent permitted by law, we and our partners are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including data loss or damage caused by viruses, malware, or use of the website.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify AURETEMPHE and its partners against claims or losses arising from violation of these Terms, applicable laws, or third-party rights.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Taiwan. Any disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Taipei District Court.

General Provisions

If any provision is invalid, the remainder remains enforceable. Failure to enforce a term does not constitute waiver. These Terms constitute the entire agreement. Section headings are for reference only.

Language Version Disclaimer

In the event of any discrepancy between different language versions of these Terms, the English version shall prevail.
